The 2019 legislative session was one of the cruelest our state has seen in over a decade.

While we were able to pass important bills including the Dignity for Incarcerated Women Act, the session attacked Floridians’ freedom to vote, to live without fear if they are immigrants or LGBTQ, to find affordable housing and to send their children to safe schools free from gun violence.

This year, we are coming back stronger, determined and more powerful than ever!

The 2020 Legislative Session convenes Tuesday, January 14, and will last 60 days.
